Please read through the following Terms and Conditions

✨ Sessions


  • Session time is not to exceed the duration stated Studio R Photography is not responsible for missed sessions and we are not able to extend the session if clients are late
  • Please discuss any special circumstances/requests with Studio R Photography prior to booking a session. These include but are not limited to: children with special needs, health/mobility issues that might affect the session, special request photos/poses.
  • Use of other cameras, including cell phones is not permitted during your session time.


✨ Mini Sessions


  • Mini sessions are held on specific days at a specific location of Studio R Photography's choice. 
  • Mini Session shoot times are 20 minutes maximum. 
  • Mini sessions groups should not exceed ten people. For larger groups, we ask that you book two sessions back to back or book a full session.
  • After your session, clients will be emailed a Proof Gallery where they will choose the photos they like. Each mini session has a specific number of photos that are included in the session fee. Clients are welcome to purchase additional images at a fee of $5 per photo. 
  • A deposit of half the session price is due at the time of booking. Choice of time slot is given to clients on a first come, first-served basis. Studio R Photography does not hold your preferred time spot until payment is received. 


✨Rescheduling + Cancellations


  • If a client cannot make their session time after they book and payment is received, Studio R Photography will do their best to fill the time slot. If the slot can be filled, the client will be refunded. No refund will be given if a canceled time spot is unable to be filled for any reason. 
  • If a client does not show up for their session, a refund will not be given. 
  • If a sudden medical emergency happens, we will work with you to reschedule your session or provide you with a refund.
  • If a session needs to be rescheduled due to severe weather, Studio R Photography will notify clients via email within three days of the session with a weather date. If you cannot make the weather date, Studio R Photography will refund the cost of the session fee.


✨ Liability


  • Studio R Photography enjoys working with children and pets; however, we understand that they often have a mind of their own. The parent(s)/guardian(s) are responsible for the behavior of their child/pet. We will do our best to get your child/pet to pose, however, we would appreciate if the parent(s)/guardian(s) step in to control their child/pet if they continue not to listen. Sessions are more enjoyable and relaxing if all participants cooperate. Studio R Photography is not responsible for photos clients do not like if their child/pet is not posed or smiling (for the kids) to their liking. We do our best.
  • Studio R Photography is not responsible for the quality of the photos printed if the client prints them outside of Studio R Photography's print store. If you do not go with our print store, we recommend that you print the photos through a professional lab. 
  • If you book a mini session that involves a live animal, you may need to fill out a waiver. We ask that you be respectful of the animal and follow any instruction the owner of the animal may give. If your session needs to end because of poor behavior towards the animal, you will not receive a refund. 


✨ Sessions are meant to be fun and relaxing. The more cooperative the participants are, the better the photos will be. If at any time, you feel you are not enjoying your session, please let us know.
